Our experienced staff provide quality care and respect the privacy and dignity of the residents, allowing them their individuality and own space.
We encourage residents to do as much for themselves as they are able; with staff on hand to assist and gently guide, as necessary. Residents are not rushed, as the staff try to keep to a stress free environment.
Staff talk to the residents at all times, explaining and making suggestions. They will encourage as much independence as possible.
